Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (hereafter as “these Terms”) carefully before using the http://www.mizicorchef.co (hereafter as “this Site”) is belonging to Snowberry (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd Registration No 200101021097 (556855-A) (hereafter as “Mizicor”, “the Company”, “we”, “our”, and “us”).

This Site uses cookies and by accessing this Site, you, all users, visitors, or anyone (hereafter as “the Buyer”) agreed to accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with these Terms or part of these Terms, you must not use this Site.

We reserve the right, to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.

 

  1. MEMBER ACCOUNT

 

1.1 The Buyer must at least 18 years old and register their valid information in the Member Account in order to purchase any product or service (hereafter as “the Purchase”) made available through this Site and you consent to the Company’s use of Member Account in accordance with these Terms and comply to the privacy policy.  The Buyer under the age of 18 are not  permitted to access this Site.

 

1.2 The Buyer must keep their user ID and Password securely. All user ID and Password are kept confidential by the Buyer and shall not transfer, share, or deal with other buyers with your rights to access this Site. By accessing this Site, the Company will not liable for any loss or claim either directly or indirectly from the Buyer. 

 

1.3 The Buyer must ensure the Member Account always accurate and up-to-date for the Purchase. We reserve the right to remove or change the Buyer’s username if such username is obscene, inappropriate in our sole discretion.

 

  1. PURCHASE

 

2.1 If the Buyer wish to purchase any product or service at this Site, you may be asked to pay additional delivery cost which will be displayed on your final payment.

 

2.2 Purchase shall be processed by us immediately with an estimated delivery period of five (5) to seven (7) working days; ie. from Monday to Friday exclude any public holidays after received the Buyer’s payment and we shall write to you by email to confirm the Purchase.

 

2.3 In certain unavoidable situations, we will inform the Buyer of the rescheduled delivery or next delivery period and the Company shall not be liable to the Buyer for any claims, losses, costs, or liabilities due to the delay or late delivery of Clause 2.2.

 

  1. PAYMENT

 

3.1 All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and the Buyer can pay by using our payment gateway on homepage of this Site.

 

3.2 Please check the Purchase and delivery details before payment. Once the Buyer made the payment, no further amendment on the Purchase.

 

  1. DELIVERY AREA AND FEE

 

4.1 The delivery will be handed by our courier partner(s) and the delivery area strictly limit to Klang Valley, Kuala Lumpur, Petaling, Shah Alam, Klang or within 25km radius from the Company address at Lot 28, Jalan Penyair U1/44, Temasya Industrial Park, Glenmarie, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.

 

4.2 The minimum delivery fee is RM15 per shipment and shall display on this Site and subject to change without further notice.

 

4.3 We do not allow the Buyer to collect the Purchase or self-collection from the Company.

 

  1. 5. RETURN AND COMPLAINT

 

5.1 Your return of the Purchase (hereafter as “the Return”) due to quality, packed wrongly or product lost, the Buyer shall take three types of photo; ie. front view, top view and bottom view of the Purchase (hereafter as “the Photos”) and proof of purchase (hereafter as “the Receipt”) and inform our Customer Care electronically.

 

5.2 The Buyer must send the Purchase with original packing condition and submit the Receipt to our Customer Care within seven (7) days (hereafter as “return period”) from the date of receiving your parcel.  Beyond the return period, we reserve the right not to accept and refund of the Return to the Buyer.

 

5.3 Our Customer Care will examine the Return within seven (7) days and either approve or reject of the Return shall under their discretion without explanation.

 

5.4 We shall not be liable for any claims, rebate or return of the Purchase if the Buyer not purchase from this Site.

 

5.5 Refund will be processed after approved by our Customer Care and such refund will be transferred or online banking to the Buyer’s bank account.

  1. PROMOTION

 

6.1 Any amendments of the promotions or changes of the free gifts(s), vouchers(s), points(s) or special discounts (hereafter as “the Promotions”) shall be shown in this Site and the shopping cart (if any) without further notice.

 

6.2 The Promotions may be replaced by different items or similar items with different color, size, equal value and subject to stock availability.

 

6.3 All photos of any product or service, the Purchase and the Promotions set are shown on this Site for illustration purpose and the Buyer cannot exchange the Promotions for cash, not allow for refund or replace with other types of free gift.

 

6.4.The Buyer grant the Company, irrevocable, royalty free to use, publish, distribute the content in the social media in public and this shall not be claimed infringement of the Buyer rights.

 

 

6.5 The Buyer may request by the Company to post their photos, video, or comments in their social media publicly in order to redeem the Promotions and the Buyer shall abide the Terms of the Promotions.

 

6.6 The Buyer shall not provide false information, spam, post explicit material, illegal activities in this Site or offensive content related to the Purchase in the social media. No harassment against any individual, group, the Buyer and the Company.

 

  1. LIABILITY

 

7.1 We will deliver the Purchase with our best effort but shall not be held responsible for any claim, loss, charges, replacement, penalty, delay fee, courier cost from the Buyer.

 

7.2 The Company are not liable for any consequent loss due to this Site down, system or network error, poor communication, or act of god.

 

7.3 The Buyer hereby agree and undertake to keep the Company include its employees, agents, officers indemnified against any liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, damages or any amounts paid by the Buyer arising out of the claims or any claim that the Buyer have breached any provision of these Terms.

 

7.4 The Company will resolve all the disputes with the Buyer in written notice.

 

  1. PRIVACY POLICY

 

8.1 By accessing this Site, the Buyer allow us to access their cookies, IP Address, personal data information for the purpose of the Purchase and the Promotions. All your personal data held by the Company shall be kept confidential.

 

8.2 The Buyer allow the Company to update the Promotion electronically, by email, WhatsApp, short messages, or any social media channel.

 

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

9.1 The Company own the intellectual property rights, logos, and Trade Mark in this Site. All articles, content, material, website designs, software, audio, video,  graphics and photographs available on this Site (collectively, hereafter as “ the Content”) are not allow to download, duplicate, reproduce, republish, distribute, edit without prior written approval from the Company.

 

9.2 You must not collect data, store, transmit or any action may link to malicious computer software or spyware.

 

  1. TEMINATION

 

10.1 The Company reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Buyer’s MEMBER ACCOUNT (hereafter as “the Termination”) at our discretion without notice and explanation. The Buyer agree not to claim from the Company, for any loss, liability, compensation, replacement, or damage caused by the Termination.  

 

10.2 By terminate the Buyer’s MEMBER ACCOUNT means all the Buyer’s information and personal data will be deleted from our database.

 

10.3 The Company may execute the Termination if the Buyer

  • submit false reports, misconduct or make improper use of our Customer Care service.

10.3.2 compile or systematically retrieve date from this Site without our written approval. 10.3.3 advertise or sell goods and services at this Site.

10.3.4 create false username or email address for any unauthorized use of this Site.

10.3.5 intend to compete, competitive with directly or indirectly, or for commercial reason.

10.3.6 annoy, harass, or threaten any of the Buyers, our employees or our agents.

10.3.7 upload or transmit any viruses, spamming, interferes or disrupt the use of this Site.

10.3.8 attempt to delete, copy, or any rights from the Content of this Site.

 

  1. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

 

11.1 This Website may contain links to third-party websites or other websites which beyond our control.  The Buyer agree that we shall not responsible or liable directly or indirectly, for any loss, claim or alleged to be caused by, this connection by third-party websites.

 

  1. WARRANTY

 

12.1 This Site is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. The Company shall not warrant that this Site will be available at all times, available constantly, accurate information, complete, true and fair to the Buyer.  The Company shall not liable directly or indirectly for this Site and nothing on this Site constitutes.

 

  1. MOBILE APPLICATION

If you access this Site via a mobile application, you or the Buyer are strictly comply to these Terms, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Sites.
